Standard Features

As with all Sea Chaser boats, all three LX Bay models include a wealth of standard features.  Additional customizations and upgrades are also available. 100 percent fiberglass/composite construction ensures long-lasting good looks, no rotting wood and less overall maintenance. And the molded fiberglass liner, fiberglass grid system and high-density fiber core foam ensure a solid ride, outstanding floatation and dependable handling.

Sea Chaser warrants the hull’s bottom construction against delamination or separation for 10 years for 2020 models or newer, providing that the integrity of the hull and floor has not been damaged by improper use.

All Sea Chaser LX Bay Series boats feature plush, diamond-pleated upholstered seating, flush mount jump seats with storage and port and starboard coaming pads offering comfort for everyone on board. Handy storage includes six flush mount stainless rod holders, a 70-quart removable marine cooler, front deck insulated fish box, five-gallon bucket storage compartment, molded-in anchor locker and insulated storage compartments, maximizing available space and offering abundant organization and gear stowing choices.

All LX Bay Series models feature front locking rod storage compartments and flush mount rod holders, but the 23 LX and 26 LX also offer a three stage rod holder under gunnel in addition to copious flush mount rod holders on board. Cup holders, a cargo storage bag, lockable fiberglass hatches and other easy-access storage ensure everything you need for an aquatic adventure is within easily accessible.  The convenient swim platform with stainless telescopic ladder ensures easy water access. The 23 LX and 26 LX also feature a bi-fold console door.

Timeless touches and resilient finishes mean this boat will retain its beauty for years to come.  Featuring a stainless bow eye, stainless stern eyes, stainless folding cleats, stainless grab rail, a rigid rub rail with stainless insert, premium gelcoat, bright Kromex logos and model numbers, this series is both reliable and attractive.

The LX Bay Series features ample lighting including a blue and white courtesy LED lighting package, rear bait well with LED lighting, rub rail mounted LED bow navigation lights, plug-in LED stern light, stainless LED cup holders, blue LED underwater lights and countless of lighting components throughout the vessel emphasizing storage and accessory areas.

All Sea Chaser LX Bay Series boats include a binnacle control shifter, Teleflex premium shifter control cable and stainless power grip steering wheel with tilt helm and SeaStar hydraulic steering for superb handling. A cockpit gravity-fed overboard drain ensures that you stay dry on all of your adventures. The instrumentation panel monitors speed, fuel, volt and tach. The LX Bay Series also includes a quick-disconnect windshield, marine horn with stainless cover, fuel water separator, bilge pump, aerator pump, splash well bilge access with LED lighting and system and battery switch.

Customization Options

Sea Chaser LX Bay Series boats come with your choice of outboard motors all of which offer high speed pickup. A popular upgrade option appreciated by families and charter captains alike, the Sea Chaser 23 LX and 26 LX can accommodate a flip-up console for Porta Potti or electric flushable head.

Additional options on all models include AM/FM BT radio with four speakers and USB and AUX plugs, electric trim tabs with indicator panel, hydraulic jackplate, stainless gunnel mount rod holders, additional diamond pleated fishing seats, and an ultra leaning post with backrest, footrest, cooler and rod holders. If you choose the 21 LX or 23 LX, a raw water wash down system upgrade is also available. The 23 LX and 26 LX may both be upgraded to include SeaStar power assist, as well. The 26 LX upgrade options include a nine gallon fresh water tank with shower nozzle and fiberglass leaning post with 32 gallon well.

In addition to selecting the color of your LX Bay Series boat – options include black, electric blue, evening sky, gray, royal blue, bisque or sea foam green – various designs and also available including full side color or complete hull color. All LX Bay Series vessels offer the option to add a Bimini top, T-top with canvas top, or T-top with fiberglass hard shell.  The 23 LX and 26 LX also are available with a T-top with molded hard top with matching hull color underside, LED lights, LED spreader lights, four speakers and an E-box. All models allow owners to add French vanilla or black powder coating to the boat’s T-top and leaning post.  Factory T-top installation is also available. Top color options include black, gray and royal, with red being available for Bimini or canvas only.
